Binding:
“Half” parchment binding with gold-tooled parchment spine, plain paper corners, and blockprinted paper over boards. All pink sponged textblock edges.
Paper:
Two-color blockprint: grey-black diaper/grid with red four-petal daisy fills

Collector's Notes:
Evidence of pink coloring on spine and corner covering, now mostly faded, is present on the parchment turn-ins and underneath the blockprinted covering paper.
The pattern is nearly identical to that of 26.047. A design which is exceptionally similar but not quite identical to both of these is reproduced in the c. 1927 Rizzi samplebook (#677, 678), suggesting a possible origin or influence via the Remondini firm.
