Collector's Notes:
This binding was previously categorized as a "stiff-paper wrapper", a distinction which I can't fully justify. Does the thickness of the stabbed primary covering preclude the "wrapper" categorization? Does a limp paper binding require turn-ins? Does a wrapper which has been stiffened with adhered leaves, integral or added, warrant a subset?
