Though they were likely printed in the same place and at the same time, the blocks for these two wrappers are distinct and non-contiguous. Consider the similar style and themes in 25.060, and in the pattern reproduced in two colorways in Kopylov’s Italiens, pp. 246-247 and 306-307.
